Character Design : Stylized Viking Demon

This concept started from a fun random word challenge, where the prompt “Viking Demon” came up.

I began with a silhouette exploration to quickly generate interesting shapes and compositions. After choosing one that stood out, I pushed the form further—deforming and exaggerating it to give the design a more unique and dynamic feel.

From there, I moved into linework and experimented with several color variations to explore mood and personality.
